Any table booked under the wrong category (SPORTS,TCG) will be refunded, and you will need to rebook under the correct category to secure your space.

If you need to cancel a table, it may be transferred one time only to a future show, provided that at least two weeks’ notice is given. Refunds are not available for table bookings.

Table bookings are non-transferable to other vendors. Reselling, trading, or reassigning your table to another party is strictly prohibited, and Sports Wax Promotions will not be held responsible for any unauthorized transfers or private arrangements.
