The Collector’s Jam is a 600-table, high-traffic collectibles event built to drive real buyer engagement and strong sales for vendors.

This is a major market show designed for volume, visibility, and momentum. The floor features hundreds of tables across sports cards, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, comics, toys, memorabilia, and pop culture — creating constant foot traffic and crossover buying throughout the weekend.

You will need an account with our partner Ontreasure.com to register for tables. 

Table Selection Feature: Vendors will have the option to choose preferred table locations during registration. Availability varies by tier and is not guaranteed — selections are considered requests only. Sports Wax Promotions will do its best to accommodate all preferences; however, final placement is subject to change based on layout adjustments, venue logistics, and overall event flow.

How Table Selection & Approval Works

  1. Choose Your Tables
    Available tables will appear in dark colors.
    Tables shown in a lighter color are already taken.
    When you select a table, it will turn red to confirm your selection.

  2. Continue & Enter Your Info
    Click Continue, then enter your phone number associated with your Treasure account.

  3. Complete Vendor Registration
    Fill out the vendor registration form and submit your request.

  4. Approval Process
    Your submission will be reviewed and approved. Once approved, you will receive an approval email.

  5. Payment Window
    After approval, you will have 72 hours to complete payment.
    If payment is not made within 72 hours, the table(s) will return to the queue and become available to others.

  6. Deposit Option (No Table Selection)
    To secure a spot without paying in full, vendors may place a $50 deposit per table.
    Deposit reservations do not include table selection. Tables will be assigned by Sports Wax Promotions staff based on availability at the time of approval.
