Delete your account and personal data

If you created an account in the Sports Wax Promotions mobile app and would like to delete it, you can submit a deletion request using one of the methods below.

In-App Deletion (Preferred)

If you have access to the app, you can request account deletion directly within the app:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

This is the fastest way to process your request.

Request Deletion via Website

If you no longer have access to the app, you may submit a request using the form on this page.

What will be deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we will permanently remove:

• your account and login credentials

• personal information associated with your account (such as name, email address, and phone number, if provided)

• app-related data tied to your account (including preferences and saved settings)

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained only when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes (for example, transaction or payment records if applicable).
Any retained data will be securely stored and retained only for the period required by law.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within 7–30 days, depending on verification and applicable legal requirements.

Verification

To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we may require verification that you are the owner of the account before completing deletion.

• Email address used for the app account

• Device type (iOS or Android)

• Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please email support@sportswaxpromos.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line:

“Account Deletion Request”

Your request must clearly state that you wish to permanently delete your account.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your request is verified:

• Your account profile and associated personal information will be permanently removed

• Access to event registrations, vendor dashboards, and saved preferences will be terminated

• You will no longer receive communications related to your account

Certain data may be retained where required by law, tax obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Account deletions are permanent and irreversible.
