How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please email support@sportswaxpromos.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line:

“Account Deletion Request”

Your request must clearly state that you wish to permanently delete your account.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your request is verified:

• Your account profile and associated personal information will be permanently removed

• Access to event registrations, vendor dashboards, and saved preferences will be terminated

• You will no longer receive communications related to your account

Certain data may be retained where required by law, tax obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Account deletions are permanent and irreversible.
