This is not a free-for-all vendor room — all applications are reviewed and approved.

• Table Selection (Mooresville Setup)
  Due to a custom layout featuring both 6ft and 8ft tables, this show will not use live map selection.
  • Vendors will select the number of tables they want
  • Vendors will choose their table type (6ft or 8ft)
  • Final placement will be assigned by Sports Wax Promotions
  • This allows us to optimize floor flow, maintain spacing, and properly position vendors

  Enter the phone number associated with your Treasure account and proceed.

• Submit Vendor Application
  Complete the vendor registration form and submit your request.

• Approval Process
  All vendors are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis
  • Priority given to vendors who have participated in SWP shows this year
  • Consideration for strong participation in prior-year events
  • Evaluation of inventory quality and overall presentation
  • Category balance within the room
  • Vendors who consistently support SWP events receive priority placement
  • Not all applications will be accepted
  • This ensures the room stays active, diverse, and aligned with the Mooresville standard

• Payment Window
  Once approved, you will have 72 hours to complete payment
  • If payment is not completed within 72 hours, your table(s) will be released
  • Your spot may be offered to another approved vendor

• Deposit Option (Limited)
  • $50 deposit per table available
  • Deposit secures your spot only
  • Table placement will still be assigned by SWP staff

• Final Note
  This is a curated floor designed to stay active all day
  • We are focused on building long-term vendor relationships across all SWP events
  • Buyers in the building — buying bulk and singles, bring it all
