Table Selection & Payment Options 💳

Vendors who pay in full at registration will be able to select their preferred table location directly from the floor plan during checkout.

A $50 deposit option is also available for those who wish to reserve space without paying in full. Scroll below the map and choose the “Add-on” tab and place your order for desired amount of tables there.  However, please note that table locations are not guaranteed for deposit-only registrations and may be subject to change based on final approvals, floor plan updates, or event logistics.

Sports Wax Promotions will always do its best to accommodate all vendor preferences, but final placement is determined by show management.

Table Selection Instructions 

Zoom in on the floor plan to view tables in better detail. Click on the table you’d like to reserve, and it will automatically be added to your cart. To book multiple tables, simply repeat the process for each one you wish to select. You will be prompted to enter your Phone number or Email address to create an account in order to purchase.
