VENDOR INFORMATION

On The Day of Setup

When arriving at the venue, please use the designated vendor parking area located at the rear of the building. Spaces can fill up quickly, so we recommend arriving early to ensure convenient parking and smooth unloading.

Once you’ve parked, please join one of the vendor check-in queues to collect your passes and credentials. Parking is free for all vendors.

The floor plan for each show is available on the Vendor Registration page for that specific event. During registration, you’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred table location, and you’ll receive a confirmation alert once your table is approved.

You can also log in to your Vendor Dashboard at any time to view your table assignment and event details.

Vendor Faq’s

Yes you can! We do not provide them. 

If you plan to display a stand or backdrop behind your table, it must be no longer than 6ft and must not obstruct or interfere with neighboring vendors. Please check with those next to you (or in your group) to ensure everyone is comfortable with your setup.

If your banner or backdrop exceeds 6ft in length (or the length of your purchased space), or causes obstruction, a member of staff may ask you to adjust or take it down. Please inquire before bringing your sign or banner. 

Each vendor booking includes 2 passes for the first table, plus 1 additional pass for every extra table added.

  • 1 Table = 2 Passes

  • 2 Tables = 3 Passes

  • 3 Tables = 4 Passes (Maximum Included)

If you need more than the included amount, additional vendor badges are available for $10 each.
Please note: a maximum of 6 vendor passes per vendor group applies.

Family & Mini Traders 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

We’re a family-friendly show and proudly encourage all Little Collectors to join the fun! You’re welcome to use your vendor pass allowance for your children, or if you need extra passes for kids, they can be purchased for $5 each at the door during check-in.

Chairs are provided for all vendor tables, but you’re also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Vendors may customize their space within reason, but any changes beyond your assigned tables must be approved in advance.

Additional tables (including 4ft tables) are not permitted unless previously approved by event staff. You’re welcome to bring a stand or backdrop as long as it follows our display guidelines, but please do not add extra tables without authorization.

If you need more space, please purchase another table.
